Refund policy

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original factory-sealed packaging. All returns require prior authorization from Arms Preservation Inc.

Damaged or Defective Products: Products received damaged, defective, or incorrect will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer. Please notify Arms Preservation Inc. within 10 business days of delivery to initiate a claim.

Custom Orders: Custom-manufactured products and special orders are non-returnable unless defective or supplied incorrectly.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. Arms Preservation Inc. will cover shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped products.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed following receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

Government Contracts: When applicable, the terms and conditions of the governing purchase order or government contract will take precedence over this policy.
